Zera Kid : Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions).

The refund time period for different modes of payments is provided below.

Credit Card/ Debit Card

2-4 Business Days

3-5 Business Days

Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account)

UPI Linked Bank Account

2-4 business days

 

If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash.

Shipping Cost Refunds

  1. If the product order is cancelled before it is shipped, then a full amount including shipping charge is refunded to the customer. If the ordered product is cancelled after it is shipped and has not reached your doorstep, the shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount. 

  2. If the product is returned, then only the price of the product is eligible for refund. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

  3. If product defect is the cause of return, then a full refund including shipping cost would be processed, provided the customer should submit a proof of the defect such as images of the defective product etc. You could also contact the customer service for further clarifications on your refund.

Note: No refund of the shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns.

If you've ever hopped on ZoulnZera and found yourself filling your cart with stuff you don't really need but can't pass up at such a good price, you're not alone.

Buyer's remorse is something we've all experienced at one point or another, but what happens when you realize you don't really need any of this stuff after all?

Thankfully, if your order hasn't yet shipped and you placed the order pretty recently - within the past couple of hours, or up to 24 hours, depending on your chosen shipping speed - you may be able to cancel your order before it leaves one of the company's giant warehouses.

  • You can cancel an order from the "Your Orders" page of your account.

  • You can't cancel any order if the item has already shipped.

  • If your cancellation request is denied, you can always try returning the item once it arrives, which is allowed in most cases.
